• How to order our products

• Orders can be placed online or by telephone.
  
  Orders placed on-line will be confirmed automatically by e-mail. You will receive two e-mails. The confirmation e-mails do not guarantee that we can meet your order. You will be contacted promptly if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in despatch and you will be refunded as appropriate.
  
  Prices are as displayed on our website and are in British Pounds. We try to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate, but they will still need to be validated before your order is processed. If there is a price difference, we will contact you immediately and should you wish to cancel your order, we will refund your money.
  
  Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery charges where applicable. Please see the Delivery section below for details of our charges.

• Payment

Payment can be by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta debit card if you are ordering online. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted so as to minimise the risk of your details being read by an unauthorised individual as they are sent to us over the Internet.

No contract will exist between The Natural Link and the customer until goods are despatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on despatch of the goods.

UK Delivery Charges

If you do not require special delivery arrangements, then we will be pleased to ship your order using our standard delivery scheme which will see your goods arrive in approx 7-10 days. Prices for our standard delivery service for most UK postcodes (except those classed as outlying areas) are below.

These delivery charges are for the total order regardless of how many items have been purchased.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class post or other reputable couriers where appropriate for our deliveries.

For security purposes, we do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.

Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times once receipt of payment has been confirmed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and security checks.

Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Carrier actions which are beyond our control. Please contact us at info@thenaturallink.co.uk as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the Carrier Company.

We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us.

If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at info@thenaturallink.co.uk. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened.

Local import charges may be payable upon receipt. All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.

Refunds

Right of Cancellation
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

Where goods have already been despatched, they must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging to the return address shown below. Upon receipt of the goods as described, The Natural Link will credit the purchaser with the purchase price less any handling charge that may be applicable. The Natural Link will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee
In addition to the above, we also offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and are not happy with it, please e-mail info@thenaturallink.co.uk to receive details of how to make a return. You will need to return the item, unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, to the returns address shown below enclosing your order confirmation and quoting the returns number you have been given.

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us.

This Money Back Guarantee does not apply to products marked with an asterisk(*) or where indicated in the product description.

Damaged Goods
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order.
However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please e-mail info@thenaturallink.co.uk describing the fault. We will issue you a returns number and instructions on how to return the goods to us.

You will be asked to return the products to us using an instructed courier and to obtain a proof of consignment certificate. You will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

We check all products returned to us. If we do not find the item to be faulty, we may return it to you and you will be liable for postal charges. We will not refund any postage costs incurred on a product we do not consider faulty. We strongly advise that you check the product and instructions carefully before returning it to us.

We want you to be able to purchase products from our website with complete confidence. Your communication with our server is secure using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology where supported by your browser. The Natural Link use PayPal for all online payments This means that your banking personal details, including payment details, are not seen by us but encrypted and and sent to PayPal.
